01 / Audit, then fixes, then a launch plan

Pipeline audit

A full diagnosis of your Meta pipeline from the ad to the meeting: what worked, what did not, and what to fix. Then we fix it and hand you a plan to launch campaigns that work.

01 / The problem

Solve the operating gap before scaling the activity.

The account has data but no verdict. Money went out, leads came in, and nobody can say whether the constraint is the offer, the creative, the targeting, the landing page, the form, or what happens after it. Changing everything at once is how the next month gets wasted too.

Who it is for

Software companies and SaaS products already spending on Meta, with an account, landing pages and a form we can read, who need to know what worked, what did not, and what to fix before spending another month.

02 / Concrete deliverables

Work you can inspect and operate.

Deliverables are the work Scroll2Lead is responsible for. They are distinct from campaign or commercial outcomes, which also depend on market response and client-side conditions.

01

Account and campaign read

We go through every campaign, ad set and creative that spent money and separate what actually produced meetings or paid users from what produced form fills.

Output

A map of the account with the winners, the losers, and the spend on each.

02

Landing page and form review

We walk each ad's path to its page and its form the way a prospect does, and note where the promise breaks or the wrong person gets through.

Output

Page-by-page findings with the specific change for each break.

03

Lead quality trace

We read your CRM or call notes against the campaign data to see which angles and audiences produced people who showed up and bought.

Output

The audiences and angles worth keeping, and the ones quietly costing you.

04

Fixes and launch plan

We apply the fixes that sit on our side of the pipeline, then write the campaign structure, creative plan and page plan for the relaunch.

Output

A fixed pipeline and a launch plan your team or ours can run.

03 / Timeline

Two weeks from access to the launch plan

The diagnosis takes the first week with read access to the account, the pages and the CRM. Fixes and the plan follow in the second. Missing access is the only thing that moves the date.

  1. 01 / Days 01–05

    Read everything

Account, creatives, pages, forms, tracking and lead outcomes, traced from the ad to the meeting or the plan purchase.

  2. 02 / Days 06–10

    Fix what we own

Creative angles, page copy and structure, form questions, conversion events and audience exclusions.

  3. 03 / Days 11–14

    Plan the launch

Campaign structure, the creatives to test first, the pages each one lands on, and what the first four weeks should show.

04 / Measurement and feedback

Read the right evidence at the right stage.

Measurement is defined by the engagement’s decisions. Platform metrics are interpreted alongside setup quality, funnel behavior, lead context, and the limits of the available data.

Signal 01

Cost per meeting held, not per lead

Every campaign is judged on what it cost to put someone in a meeting or on a paid plan, because that is the number your business runs on.

Signal 02

Where the pipeline leaks

We measure the drop between each step, scroll to click to page to form to meeting, and fix the biggest leak first.

Signal 03

Which angles produced buyers

Closed and churned outcomes are matched back to the creative and audience that produced them.

05 / Client inputs

The engagement needs access to reality.

  • Read access to the Meta ad account and pixel or dataset
  • Access to the landing pages and forms the ads point at
  • CRM or call notes that say which leads showed up and which bought
  • Any raw footage or brand assets the creatives were built from
  • One person who can explain the offer and the sales conversation

What this service does not include.

Scope, timing, and ownership.

01Is the audit free?

No. The meeting to decide whether we should partner is free. The audit is paid work, because a free audit is a sales deck with findings in it, and you would be right not to trust one.

02Will you change the account during the audit?

Not in the first week. The account stays still while we read it so the evidence is clean. Fixes go in during the second week, and each one is logged so you can see what changed and why.

03What if the problem is not the ads?

Then the audit says so. If the leak is your sales follow-up or the product, we tell you plainly, hand over the fixes to the pieces we own, and you decide whether to launch.

04Can our own team run the launch plan?

Yes. The plan is written for whoever runs it: the campaign structure, the creative and page plan, and what the first four weeks should show. Most partners ask us to run it, but that is a separate decision.

Start with the problem, access, and operating conditions.

Tell us what is happening now and what decision the work needs to unlock. We will confirm whether pipeline audit is the right next step.
