02 / Two-week build, then live ads

Startup Launch Pipeline

We build your first paid acquisition pipeline in two weeks: website positioning tweaks, creative and campaign strategy, landing pages, then live ads with three or more pages and ten or more creatives tested every week.

01 / The problem

Solve the operating gap before scaling the activity.

There is a product and a website, and clients arrive by referral or not at all. Somebody boosted a post once. The website talks about the company, not about what the buyer gets, so even a good ad would land on a page that loses them.

Who it is for

Startups and small software companies with a working offer and a website, ready to spend $3K to $5K a month in media, who need their first paid client- or user-acquisition pipeline built end to end.

02 / Concrete deliverables

Work you can inspect and operate.

Deliverables are the work Scroll2Lead is responsible for. They are distinct from campaign or commercial outcomes, which also depend on market response and client-side conditions.

01

Positioning and offer

We tighten the website's relevance to the service or plan the ads will sell, and shape the offer and angles so a stranger understands the promise in a scroll.

Output

Website tweaks, the offer, and the angles the first campaigns will test.

02

Creative and campaign strategy

Persona targeting, hooks and formats, and the campaign structure that lets Meta learn fast. We edit creatives from your raw footage or brief exactly what to shoot.

Output

The campaign build and the first ten-plus creatives, ready to publish.

03

Landing pages

A page for each angle, not one for everything, designed and built so the visitor recognises the ad they clicked and keeps going to the form or the plan.

Output

Three or more landing pages with forms wired to your calendar and CRM.

04

Launch and testing rhythm

Ads go live after the two-week build. Each week we test new creatives and pages, move budget to what puts people in meetings, and report it all.

Output

A running pipeline and a weekly report of what changed and what it cost.

03 / Timeline

Two weeks to build, results from week four

Ads publish at the end of the second week. The first two weeks of ads are for testing the pipeline; expect the first results you can read in the second to fourth week of ads running.

  1. 01 / Weeks 01–02

    Build the pipeline

Website positioning, offer and angles, creative production, campaign structure, landing pages, forms, CRM and calendar wiring.

  2. 02 / Weeks 03–04

    Ads live, pipeline tested

Ten or more creatives and three or more pages in the market each week, budget moving toward what produces meetings or sign-ups.

  3. 03 / Weeks 05–06

    First results, then scale

The angles and pages that produce the right people are known. Spend moves onto them and the next round of tests begins.

04 / Measurement and feedback

Read the right evidence at the right stage.

Measurement is defined by the engagement’s decisions. Platform metrics are interpreted alongside setup quality, funnel behavior, lead context, and the limits of the available data.

Signal 01

Meetings held or plans started

The pipeline is measured on the people who showed up or signed up, not on clicks or form fills.

Signal 02

Right people, right intent

Your expert's notes on every call tell us whether the demographics, psychographics and expectations match, and we retarget until they do.

Signal 03

Cost per result, trending

What one meeting or sign-up costs in media, week over week, as the pipeline learns.

05 / Client inputs

The engagement needs access to reality.

  • $3K to $5K a month in media, held in your own ad account
  • Access to the website, ad account, calendar and CRM
  • Raw footage or a day to shoot to our brief
  • An expert on your team who calls every lead within 30 minutes
  • Approvals inside two working days so the two-week build holds

What this service does not include.

Scope, timing, and ownership.

01Why is the minimum $3K to $5K a month?

Below that, Meta cannot test enough creatives and audiences to find the right people before the month ends, and you would be paying us to run a pipeline with no signal in it. We would rather say no than take the retainer.

02Do we need our own footage?

It helps. If you have raw footage we edit it into the creatives. If you do not, we brief exactly what to shoot on a phone in an afternoon, and we can produce from that.

03When do the ads actually go live?

At the end of week two. The build is the strategy, the creatives, the campaigns, the pages and the wiring. Publishing earlier would mean sending traffic to a pipeline with a hole in it.

04What if the results are not there by week four?

Then the pipeline is telling us something and we act on it: the angle, the audience or the page changes, and you see each change in the report. If the offer itself is the problem, we say so plainly rather than spending your fifth month proving it.

Start with the problem, access, and operating conditions.
